THE swoon EXPERIENCE
Step into real life with us at Swoon.
We recommend you dive into wedding gown shopping 9-12 months before your big day. We get that timelines look different and everyone has a different way to do this and we love that! No need to worry. We can work with you if you are talking weeks or months…we can work with you if you are on a traditional timeline and we can help you if you are a long gamer (but connect with us if your wedding is more than 1.5 years out–we generally find it’s best to hang tight, but will chat it out).
We’ve created a menu of Swoon experience options to make your gown shopping suit you and your story. We keep our appointment fees as reasonable as possible to give you options for what you want.

Swoon Bridal Appointment
The Quintessential Swoon experience usually ends with an “Over the Moon at Swoon” celebration. Brides can bring up to 5 guests and enjoy our signature, personalized Swoon experience. Your Swoon stylist will guide you through our curated collection of gowns to find something that feels like you and that will make you SWOON. Champagne splashes for you + your crew included.

Pre-shop Appointment
If you have booked your shopping appointment already, the Pre-Shop is an opportunity to ease into this dress shopping thing and we recommend it if you have the time. It’s an opportunity for a relaxed, one-on-one session with a Swoonie where you can browse gowns solo or with your mom or MOH, explore Swoon, and just chat with us before the big appointment day. We invite you to bring all your questions and anxiety and we’ll talk it out. We know your appointment day inevitably brings nerves and excitement, so this is a little opportunity to get out the jitters. We’ve got you.

Private Swooning Appointment
The luxe experience of having Swoon all to yourself with as many or as few people as you want. You do you. We’ll provide the amazing dresses, the expert Swoonie, and some champs and a bar full of sweet treats to make it a party. The Private Swooning is meant to be a memory maker…or a cocoon of dress shopping intimacy, depending on what you desire.

Magic Hour–Bride in a Hurry/Elopement!!!
On a shorter timeline? We got this and some good options for you. Whether you are getting married in a few days or weeks or months, tell us your story and your needs, wants, and budget and we will see what kind of magic we can make for you. We pride ourselves on being the closest thing to fairy godmothers you will ever meet.
- 60-90 Minutes
- 5 Guests (we suggest doing this solo or with 1-2 of you nearest and dearest–when decisions need to be made, we find a smaller group can be lighter and better for the bride)
- $50 appointment fee waived if you purchase your gown at your appointment (easy, we promise).

Swoon Accessories Appointment
Have the dress but need the icing? Book an accessories appointment to try on veils, jewelry, capes, overskirts, gloves, headpieces…we’ve got options to style and Swoon you up.

- $25 (waived if you make a purchase during your appointment!)

Gown Tasting Appointment
This is for the I-just-want-to-get-ideas bride. Dip your toes. Answer some questions. Feel some fabrics. See a few things on your body. Get a taste for wedding gowns. No commitment.
- 45 Minutes or 4-5 gowns
- 2 guests (Firm. This appointment type is meant to be intimate and no-fuss.)
- $75 (Appointment fee will be waived if magic happens and gown is purchased. Fee creditable toward a future gown purchase within 3 months. Note this appointment fee is charged at booking. Subsequent appointment fees apply.)
