Swoon is looking for a shop/sales assistant to add to our team. If you are incredibly detail-oriented, creative, organized, caring, and have the ability to deliver a Swoon-worthy standard of customer service, we’d love to chat with you.
The position is an entry-level role to assist our Swoon sales staff in taking care of all things involved in running the store and meeting all of the needs of our customers. From greeting customers to cleaning the store to receiving and repacking customer goods to assisting brides with the selection of a gowns and accessories to maintaining our supplies, we are terming this position “Our Girl Friday,” as the tasks will be many and varied. The person in this job needs to be up for everything and anything to assist our team and always with sparkle and enthusiasm. You will be expected to work hard.
This is a part-time position (15-25 hours per week) Monday, Friday afternoons, and some Saturdays (this is non-negotiable—Saturdays are a must, especially in the winter months). Additional hours per week may be needed.
The right candidate will genuinely love working with customers, have style, and have some college education. We’re looking for a candidate who is polished and articulate and who wants to be part of a growing business and who will commit to staying with Swoon for a long time.
