Swoon is on the hunt for a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant to add to our team. We are looking for someone who is exceptional, shares our love of fashion, people, and hustle.

Swoon is Reno/Tahoe’s premiere bridal boutique. We curate Swoon-worthy collections of gowns and accessories for brides who value style and individuality. Providing an incredible gown experience for our customers is our number one priority and we work to establish authentic connections with each bride. Swoon has been named as one of the Top 100 Bridal Salons by Grace Ormonde Weddings in 2017 and one of the Top Fifty Bridal Salons by BRIDES Magazine in 2016. We are locally owned and operated and fiercely rooted in our Reno/Tahoe community.
Our Senior Bridal Sales Consultant will be working directly with brides to understand their personality, unique story and assist them in finding their dream gown and accessories while creating an exceptional experience they will remember for the rest of their lives. This position requires having the right instincts with people, reading the room and providing top notch, personalized customer experience. It’s intimate work.
When asked to explain what a bridal sales consultant does, the Swoon answer is that she is a modern-day fairy godmother, helping to make each brides day perfect. A bridal consultant will make you look incredible, connect with you on a personal level, and give you all life’s best wisdom and guidance along the way.
This is a senior level opportunity to help build the Swoon brand and to be part of a driven team. This role is for someone with a big-picture vision and who enjoys creating and implementing the detailed steps along the way. A Senior Bridal Sales Consultant is someone who enjoys the thrill of helping to manage our daily store operations and team responsibilities. We are problem solvers. We are planners. We like lists. And we live by our calendars and process.
Finally, this position is also an exceptional opportunity to work in fashion in Reno, NV. We work intimately with some of the best bridal designers in the world and live and breathe bridal fashion. We love good design, fit and finish.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of personal style who can understand and dress someone else’s individual look and personality. Backgrounds in fashion or merchandising or retail are a plus.

A True Professional
We are looking for someone with a college education and are accepting out of state applications.* Managerial experience is always a plus. Tech savvy is a desired trait as is social media experience. Experience in the bridal industry is not required, but doesn’t hurt.
Requirements and Info:
This position is full-time. Compensation is hourly + commission + bonus opportunities. Paid vacation.
Two Saturdays per month are a requirement. An occasional Sunday may also be needed from time to time.
