Bridal Sales Consultant
Swoon Bridal is on the hunt for a Bridal Sales Consultant to add to our team. We are looking for someone who is exceptional and who wants to live and breathe Swoon gowns.
Requirements and Info:
This position is for 3-4 days a week (around 25-35 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full time.
Saturdays are a requirement. An occasional Sunday may also be needed from time to time.
Compensation is hourly + commission
Our must-have requirements for this position include:
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a strong sense of personal style who can read and dress someone else’s individual look and personality. A solid understanding of fit and an interest in fashion trends is preferred.
Our ideal applicant is someone who can listen to a customer, engage her friends and family, understand the brides needs, match her with her perfect gown, and then effortlessly close the sale. We value a goal oriented team member with a desire to exceed expectations.

A True Professional
We are looking for someone with a college education. Managerial experience is always a plus. Tech savvy is a desired trait as is social media experience. We value creative, proactive, detail-oriented employees who are passionate about what they do and act with poise. Experience in the bridal industry is not required, but doesn’t hurt. We are a small family here at Swoon. We love what we do and we work hard for our brides.
